At Evolve Coffee Company, we aim to deliver your coffee quickly, reliably, and at a fair, transparent rate.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS using the most cost-effective method available. In most cases, this will be USPS First-Class Mail or a comparable USPS service.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:

• $8 flat rate per box (not per bag)
• Free shipping on all orders over $40

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary based on your location, but most USPS shipments arrive within 2–5 business days. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by USPS delays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Issues
Evolve Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered but not received. If you encounter an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
